POLARIS RAZER(RZR) 6" over stock long travel testing
We took the RZR out for testing in gordons wells,we started
off with whoops,the suspension was working great! Then we moved on to jumping POLARIS RZR,
because the RZR has all That Wheel travel it preformed awesome!So that month of pulling out my hair was worth it!

Long Travel Shocksfor Polaris Ranger RZR
When developing our Long Travel Suspension Systems,we first weigh each vehicle at all four corners.We can determine the
weight difference due to engine,drive train locations.This will allow us to determine what Spring rate and interal valving to start out with.
Shock Performance
Because Shock performance is one of the most important parts in your Suspension.This does'nt mean that you have found the right combination of Spring Rates and internal Shock valving.It's just a good place to start.
We took many trips for testing,to get the compression and rebound Rate combination down to the correct most optimum,performance level,for our Polaris Ranger RZR long travel kit.
AXEL'S
Some companies sell there long travel kit's with what is known as 300mm axles with the the use of your stock cv's that you the owner have to take apart and reassemble them.
SHAWZ METAL FAB INC. prefers to use the 40 degree high angle axle's and CV'S made of the highest quality components.Axles can break when abusing your long travel Rhino or
RZR suspension.Some axle manufacture"s cost more than other's.And there are new axle company's entering the market to compete against the most prominent leaders in the industry.With the same type of quality and warranty offered by the most expensive axle manufacturer.

Washington state is a state of mind... With the wide open places and over grown forests thier is plenty of riding to
be done up here thier is plenty of deer trails steep mountain sides just daring you to test your machine out I
came out here four years ago and have been just waiting to come back .
I contacted jim and some other customer's to see if they would'nt mind riding for the day the types of utv's
that they took along were a Kawasaki Teryx 6",Polaris RZR 6"and 4",Yamaha Rhino 6" that we customized for thoose guys they didn't disapont me they took me for the ride of my life!!!
jim has a Rhino 6" KIT 07 EFI that rhino can clImb some of the steepest moutain sides and, he was not worried about
rolling to say the least.
jammie has the only pink arms we have ever powder coated that Polaris RZR wow it fit's down some of the smallest
trials even with it having a 6" long travel kit on it.
George has a camo Kawasaki Teryx with a 6"LONG TRAVEL SUSPENSION KIT on it wow he raced jammie on the
trails sorry to say he just owned her. He said his foot was to the foor the whole time but he sure was not worried
about scraching it all up he said thats why its panted camo!!!
Rick has a polaris rzr 4"" over he was going down the smallest trails and would have no problem chasing down a
deer,which we saw plenty of.
I would have taken some sweet ass pictures but you know how the airlines are they lost my lauggage. maybe ill get some
up if they ever return my bag
